3.Legal Basis and Consent
Where the DPDP Act or other applicable law requires, we process personal data on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by contacting us (see Section 11). Certain processing is carried out for legitimate uses recognized by law, such as compliance with legal obligations, responding to your requests, and security of the Services. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, and may limit the features available to you.
4.Third-Party Services and SDKs
Our Services may integrate third-party providers, including but not limited to: Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, messaging), Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin MAX (advertising), AppsFlyer, Adjust (attribution and analytics), and similar service providers. These providers may collect information under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We do not control the data practices of these third parties.
5.Advertising
Our free games and Services may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks. These networks may use device identifiers and usage data to serve ads, measure their effectiveness, and, where permitted, personalize them. You can limit ad personalization through your device settings (e.g., "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android or "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS).
6.Data Sharing
We may share information with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, analytics, advertising, support tooling), bound by appropriate obligations.
- Legal authorities when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
- Successors in interest in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to the transferred data.
We do not sell personal information.
7.Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you may be retained without restriction.
8.Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9.International Data Transfers
Our Services are operated from India, and third-party providers we use may process data in other countries. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with data protection laws different from those of your country, subject to applicable legal requirements.
10.Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children below the applicable minimum age (as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction, including the DPDP Act in India) without required parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from such children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
11.Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
- Access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion of your personal data, where applicable.
- Withdrawal of consent for processing based on consent.
- A grievance redressal for concerns regarding processing of your personal data.
To exercise these rights, contact us at the address in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity before acting on requests, and we will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
