01Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide voluntarily

• Your name and email address, only when you contact us for support or send feedback.
• Support requests, bug reports and any other information you choose to share with us.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Device information: device model, operating system and version, language, screen size and app instance identifiers.
• IP address and approximate (city or region level) location derived from it. We do not collect precise GPS location.
• Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID), subject to your device settings. The app declares the AD_ID permission for this purpose.
• Gameplay data: progress, levels completed, in-game events, scores, settings and preferences.
• App diagnostics: crash logs and performance data.
• Purchase status: if you make an in-app purchase, we receive a transaction ID and purchase status from Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment card details.

02How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain and provide the Services.
• Save your gameplay progress.
• Improve gameplay, balance game content and develop new features.
• Find and fix crashes and technical problems.
• Display advertisements, including personalised advertising where permitted by law and, where required, with your consent.
• Measure app performance, engagement and advertising performance.
• Provide customer and technical support.
• Detect, prevent and address fraud, cheating and security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

03Legal Basis and Consent

Where the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), the EU/UK GDPR or other applicable law requires it, we process personal data on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by contacting us (see Section 12). Some processing is carried out for legitimate uses recognised by law, such as complying with legal obligations, responding to your requests, preventing fraud and securing the Services. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing done before withdrawal and may limit the features available to you.

05Advertising

The free version of our games shows advertisements served by the ad networks listed in Section 4. These networks may use your advertising ID and usage data to serve ads, measure ad performance and, where permitted, personalise the ads shown to you.

You can limit ad personalisation in your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (or "Delete advertising ID", depending on your device).

06Data Sharing

We share information only with:

• Service providers listed in Section 4, which process data for analytics, crash reporting, advertising and payments.
• Legal authorities, when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process or an enforceable governmental request.
• Successors in interest, in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets. This Policy would continue to apply to the transferred data.

We do not sell your personal information.

07Data Retention

• Gameplay and analytics data is kept while the app is in use and for up to 24 months after your last activity, then deleted or anonymised.
• Support emails are kept for up to 24 months after the request is closed.
• When you ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days, except data we must keep by law (for example, purchase records).
• Aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies you may be kept without time limit.

08Data Security

Data sent between the app and our servers or Firebase services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We use access controls and other reasonable technical and organisational safeguards against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09International Data Transfers

Our Services are operated from India and the United States. The providers listed in Section 4 may process data in other countries, including the United States. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from those of your country, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

10Children's Privacy

Arrow Swipe Master-Puzzle Game is a general-audience game. It is not designed for or directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age set by the law of your country (including the DPDP Act in India and COPPA in the United States), without required parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from such children, and we do not serve personalised ads to users identified as children.

If you believe a child has given us personal data, email contact@novyance.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11Your Rights and Data Deletion

Subject to applicable law (including the DPDP Act and, where applicable, GDPR), you may ask us to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your personal data.
• Withdraw consent for processing based on consent.
• Lodge a grievance about the processing of your personal data.
